Situation: Application had set parameters in regards to brake performance & installation. The application’s torque requirements required the use of a larger brake which wouldn’t fit within the smaller confines of the mounting location.
Results: The Slim Brake. Montalvo was able to modify one of its smaller Standard Brakes to produce the necessary torque requirements while at the same time manufacturing a smaller brake cover to create a safe, performance driven product to fit within the predefined installation area.
