Tension Indicators
Montalvo Tension Indicators provide the voltage to and amplify the output from load cells and display the signal on either an analog or digital tension meter display. All Montalvo tension indicators carry the CE Mark.

I-3200 Series
The I-3200ce Series of Tension Indicators are suited for operation with Semiconductor Type Load Cells. A load cell amplifier and an easy to read display are built into a single easy to mount IP54 enclosure. The units provide the excitation voltage needed for load cell operation and they amplify the output so it can be used as a control signal.

The industry standard for tension indication, the I-3200 provides an easy to read tension display. - I-3200-LTR
Allows you to see the tension on either side of a roller. The unit features switch selectable tension indication for left, right and total. Typically chosen when web widths vary or are moved to one side of a roller. - I-3200-HI/LO
The HI-LO option features a dual range capability that allows for setting two different gain settings. Typically chosen when web tension range across different webs exceeds 10 to 1.
I-3300 Series
Has all the standard features of a Montalvo Tension Indicator while featuring 200% gain adjustments. The unit delivers 10 Volts Excitation Voltage for Foil Strain Gauge Type Load Cells. I-3300 modules work with Montalvo’s SW-Series foil gauge load cells as well as with other brands. Two different amplifier modules are available.
